WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT!
Our curbside delivery service provides shipment of your item(s) to the curb of your driveway. This service does not include set-up or assembly of items or the removal of packaging materials.
Please have your item(s) shipped to our local warehouse for storage, processing, and shipping.
One of our customer-oriented customer service associates will call and email you when your item(s) arrives.
After successfully receiving your item(s). A scheduling associate will contact you to either schedule your curbside delivery or curbside delivery with installation services.
All curbside shipments or installation services will be in 4-hour appointment windows. Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
Your item(s) will be delivered via a company truck to be removed from the truck by the delivery team to the most accessible and closest location on your curb or at the end of your driveway.
Upon delivery of your item(s) the installation crew will inspect your item(s) on your behalf (as included in your installation service) or call upon you to inspect your item(s).
You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
The Delivery crew will note any damage to the item or packaging or any refusal of a curbside delivery due to damage on the shipment receipt.
A signature is imperative for all curbside deliveries and any delivery team will be unable to complete a curbside delivery or installation without a signed shipment receipt.
