It is this superior customer service (attention to detail) that continues to be the hallmark of our in-home delivery success and is the main ingredient that prompts our long list of repeat customers to call us again and again with their most essential in-home delivery and courier needs.

What you Can expect!
Our in-home delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) into the comfort of your home. This service does not include set-up or assembly of item(s) or the removal of packaging materials.
  1. Please have your item(s) shipped to our local warehouse for storage, processing, and shipping.
  2. One of our customer-oriented customer service associates will call and email you when your item(s) arrives.
  3. After successfully receiving your item(s). A scheduling associate will contact you to either schedule your in-home delivery or installation services; with delivery of your item(s) to your room of choice.
    • All in-home deliveries or installation services will be in 4-hour appointment windows. Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
  4. Your item(s) will be delivered via a company truck and be brought into any part of your home.
  5. Our service professionals will be punctual, respectful of your home, courteous, and personable. 
  6. Upon delivery of your item(s) the service crew will inspect your item(s) on your behalf (as included in your installation service); or ask you to inspect your in-home delivery.
    • You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
      • The service crew will note any damage to the item or packaging and any refusal of a curbside delivery due to damage on the delivery receipt.
  7. A signature is imperative for all curbside deliveries and any delivery team will be unable to complete a curbside delivery or installation without a signed delivery receipt.
